Q: What is your delivery range?

A: We currently deliver to addresses with zip codes 64063, 64734, 66013, 66053, 66062, 66083, 66085, 66109, 66202, 66204, 66206, 66207, 66208, 66209, 66210, 66211, 66212, 66213, 66214,  66215, 66218, 66219, 66220, 66221, 66223, 66224, and 66226. If you live outside of these areas and would like to place an order, please feel free to contact us for availability. 

Q: How long does cookie delivery take?

A: Due to our cookies being baked and packaged to order, please allow 2-3 hours for same day cookie order delivery. A similar time frame should be expected for our marshmallow crispy treats, although they may arrive sooner. 

Q: How long does Texas sheet cake delivery take?

A: Please allow up to 3 hours for same day Texas sheet cake orders, as they are baked, cooled, and packaged to order. If possible, please place Texas sheet cake orders one day in advance. 

Q: Are your treats allergen free?

A: Although some of our treats are made with allergen free ingredients, all of our treats are produced in a kitchen that handles gluten, soy, wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and/ or peanuts. Therefore, we can not guarantee that any of our treats are completely allergen free. 

Q: How will my order be delivered? 

A: If the address given is a house, apartment, or townhome, orders will be left at the front door and a text will be sent to notify you your order has arrived unless otherwise specified. If you would like your treats delivered to a business, please make sure you are available to accept your order in the front lobby or at the front desk.  

Q: Why am I unable to add shipping information at checkout?

A: If you receive a message at checkout saying you are unable to add shipping information, this may be because your zip code is outside of our delivery range. Please feel free to contact us to discuss availability to deliver to your address. 

Q: Do you have a storefront?

A: Currently we do not have a storefront, but we hope to in the future! Meanwhile, we plan on having pop ups from time to time. Make sure to follow us on our social media pages for the latest updates and booth dates.  

Q: How should I store my treats?

A: We recommend storing your cookies at room temperature in an airtight container to keep them as fresh as possible for as long as possible. We recommend storing our sheet cakes and cinnamon rolls in the fridge overnight, and your marshmallow crispy treats are fine to be stored at room temperature.
